Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements between Ayyüce Turan, Petersstr. 59-61, 47809 Krefeld, Germany, and users of the HomeVisioner SaaS platform.

HomeVisioner provides AI-powered visual previews based on uploaded images and selected inputs. The nature and scope of the available features are determined by the current product offering displayed on the website.

Certain features require a user account. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity performed through their account.

Uploaded content must not infringe the rights of third parties. Users confirm that they hold all rights necessary to upload and lawfully use the images and other materials they provide.

Paid features are provided through credits or subscriptions under the conditions shown at the time of use. The number of credits required for an action depends on the product feature and billing model displayed in the relevant usage context.

Payments are processed by the payment service provider identified during checkout. The applicable prices and conditions are displayed before a purchase is completed.

Where specified in a plan or offer, credits may be linked to a defined validity period or billing cycle and may expire at the end of that period. The conditions displayed at the time of purchase or in the active plan apply.

AI-generated results may vary in content and quality. HomeVisioner does not guarantee a particular creative, aesthetic, or commercial outcome, or error-free generation in every individual case.

HomeVisioner may temporarily restrict or permanently suspend access in cases of misuse, material breaches of these Terms, or unlawful content. The circumstances of the individual case and the user's legitimate interests will be taken into account.

We have unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. Where an essential contractual obligation is breached through ordinary negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable loss typical for the agreement. All other liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

We may amend these Terms with effect for the future where objectively justified, including because of changes in law, technical developments, or adjustments to the services offered.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Where HomeVisioner processes personal data on behalf of a Merchant, the HomeVisioner Data Processing Addendum forms part of these Terms and the agreement between HomeVisioner and the Merchant.
